Prices are estimates in euros, excluding VAT. The proforma invoice and the invoice are issued in lei, at the National Bank of Romania (BNR) rate on the day of issue.

No AI model runs in the offer, invoicing and payment workflows, or anywhere else on the platform. In those workflows, clear rules and direct integrations are safer.

Data entered by a visitor or a company reaches the database through the aifocus.ro application. The application sends billing data to the invoicing service for a proforma or invoice, sends card payments to the payment processor and receives the payment confirmation, then sends documents and notifications through the e-mail service. Ticket check-in at the door and the public certificate check page read the status from the application.

From conversation to offer

Describe the workflow and the systems involved. After the conversation you receive the offer: what we deliver, what is not included, who does what and the price. Work starts once you accept it. Sometimes the answer is no AI: if a spreadsheet or a better process is enough, we tell you.

You receive the scope, limits and price in writing, in the offer.

Seats for colleagues on scheduled courses

Choose a scheduled course and pay for the seats by card, in the company's name. Then assign them to colleagues from the company account.

Only need seats for colleagues at a scheduled course?

Seats at scheduled courses are paid by card. The proforma invoice and bank transfer are only for projects, for example a custom course.

Tickets not used within 6 months of issue expire.

A course without a date has a Notify me button on its page: we write to you when we publish an event.

  1. Add your company to your account.Once its tax details are verified, you can choose it as the buyer.
  2. Invite your colleagues by email.Each one creates an AI Focus account and joins the company.
  3. Choose a scheduled course and buy the seats.The owner or an admin pays by card and chooses the company as the buyer.
  4. Give each seat to a colleague.From your account, you assign the seats to colleagues in the company. Each one sees their seat in their own account.

For each colleague who attended and meets the conditions. It has a public link anyone can use to check that it is genuine.

We do not know yet what we need. Where do we start?

With the team's work and what needs to change. After a conversation we propose the right step, even if that is a scheduled course rather than a project.

Does the custom course use our own work?

Yes. What we practise is agreed in the conversation, starting from your team's documents and tasks, and written into the offer.

A custom course, or your courses only for our team?

We build a custom course for your company, starting from your team's work. Or we run our published courses only for your team: the company buys the places and colleagues enrol from the company account. We tell you in the conversation which fits.

How many people can take part, and where is the custom course held?

We agree the group size and the place, at your office, in a venue or online, in the conversation and write them into the offer. The price is a fixed sum per course, based on the content, the number of sessions and the group size, with a minimum number of participants.

How do we pay, and do we get an invoice to the company?

For projects, for example a custom course, you pay by bank transfer against a proforma invoice, then you receive the invoice to the company. Seats at scheduled courses are paid by card, and the company invoice is issued automatically after payment. We issue no proforma for seats.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign our standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the first conversation if you ask for one. A company's own agreement is negotiated and can change the price.

How long can a seat bought by the company be used?

A seat must be placed on a course that starts within 6 months of issue. After that the ticket expires and can no longer be used. It is a condition of the ticket and is not extended.

How do you handle our data (GDPR)?

If we process personal data on your company's behalf, we first sign a data processing agreement. Course exercises use examples that are anonymised or cut down to what is needed.

Which AI tools do we use?

We recommend Claude, with Claude licences for the people taking part. We also work with ChatGPT if your team already uses it. The offer says which licences are needed.

What is not included?

Each service says on its own page what it does not include, and the written offer repeats it.

What does the company see about colleagues?

Personal bookings stay private. The company sees only the tickets it bought.
