Prices are estimates in euros, excluding VAT. The proforma invoice and the invoice are issued in lei, at the National Bank of Romania (BNR) rate on the day of issue.

Do you also take over systems built by others?
Yes. AI Care also covers systems built by others, after we agree the handover and the baseline together.
How quickly do you respond to a problem?
The response time is set in the offer, together with the systems and the monthly capacity.
How do we stop AI Care?
Month to month, with 30 days' notice. Capacity not used in a month does not carry over.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign our standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the first conversation if you ask for one. A company's own agreement is negotiated and can change the price.
