How does AI Care differ from the External AI Department?

AI Care maintains the systems named in the offer. The External AI Department also includes the agreed assessment, prioritisation and build work.

Does it replace an internal AI team?

No. It is for organizations without a complete internal AI function. We can act as owner only for the processes agreed, within the limits written in the offer. Capacity is agreed, not unlimited.

Is there a minimum term?

Yes. The minimum term is set before the offer, together with the scope and the capacity.

Who do we actually talk to?

One contact person at AI Focus, on a direct line, through the channels and hours in the offer. They bring in the specialists who build, maintain and improve your systems.

Do you work on our premises?

We work remotely. On-site presence is agreed separately, with the days and place written in the offer. It is an external service, not employment and not staff placement.

What do we get each month?

The AI plan kept current, the work list in priority order, the architecture decisions and a report on the work and its results.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign our standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the first conversation if you ask for one. A company's own agreement is negotiated and can change the price.
