We build and integrate AI into company workflows and prepare teams to use it.
We find where AI makes sense, build the systems, maintain them and prepare the people who work with them.
What a system built by us looks like
Full diagram- Company dataCRM, databases, approved documents
- AI modelchosen for the use case, with validation and rules
- Designated operatorapproves before any action
- Existing systemsthe action, through an authorised API
Company data reaches an AI model chosen for each use case. The result goes through validation and rules, and a designated operator approves. The action then runs in the existing systems through an authorised API. Every step is logged.
For operations. Less manual work in selected workflows, with the scope and price set in writing before work starts.
The Implementation serviceFor IT. Architecture, data access, integrations and acceptance criteria are set in writing before the build.

AI Courses for Companies
A course built around the team's tools and work.
I want to learn
Courses, in person or live online
Announced dates. Hands-on practice on chosen examples.
aifocus.ro, built and run by us
Offers with acceptance links, proformas and invoices sent automatically by e-mail, card payment for seats on scheduled courses, ticket check-in at the door, certificates and company accounts all run on a platform we built.
How data moves
In production, on aifocus.roEnters the application
- Visitor or company
- Staff phone at the door
- Public certificate check
Works with
- Database
- Invoicing: proforma, invoice
- Card payment processor
- E-mail service
No AI model runs in the offer, invoicing and payment workflows, or anywhere else on the platform. In those workflows, clear rules and direct integrations are safer.
Data entered by a visitor or a company reaches the database through the aifocus.ro application. The application sends billing data to the invoicing service for a proforma or invoice, sends card payments to the payment processor and receives the payment confirmation, then sends documents and notifications through the e-mail service. Ticket check-in at the door and the public certificate check page read the status from the application.
How engagements grow
Seven stages of work, in the order they are usually useful. An engagement starts where the need is, not necessarily at the first step.
The courses, in person or live online, run on published dates. The other five services start with a conversation, then a written offer.

Each service page shows what we deliver, what is not included and the starting price. For the External AI Department, we prepare an offer after a conversation.
All servicesHow daily work looks with AI
Organized knowledge
Policies, contracts and past work stop being files to search and become sources you can ask questions of.
Directing and reviewing
People set the direction, AI proposes a draft, and people review it and decide what goes out.
Defined workflows
The steps everyone repeats by hand are written down once, and a person checks the result and decides.
Shared team practice
Useful methods one person discovers can be documented and used by colleagues.
Maintained systems
The experiment that worked gets an owner, monitoring and a plan for when it breaks.
Organizational capability
Documented methods and decisions help the team keep working when people are on holiday and when staff change.
Sometimes the answer is no AI
We look at how the team works before we recommend anything. If a spreadsheet, a better process or postponing the project would work better than AI, we say so openly. We are paid for judgement, not enthusiasm.
How it starts
From the first message to a written offer
- First messageWhat the team works on and what needs to change.
- ConversationAbout teams, roles and what exactly needs to change. Sometimes the conclusion is that AI is not needed there. The first conversation is free. On request, we sign our standard confidentiality agreement (NDA) before the conversation.
- OfferIn writing: what we deliver, what is not included, who does what and the price.
- AcceptanceThe offer fixes the scope, the capacity and the responsibilities.
Questions about working with AI Focus
For companies thinking about where to start.
We do not know yet what we need. Where do we start?
With the team's work and what needs to change. After a conversation we propose the right step, even if that is a scheduled course rather than a project.
How much does it cost?
Each service page shows its starting price, where there is one, and what can change it. For the External AI Department, we prepare an offer after a conversation. The final price is the one in the written offer.
Do we have to start with a course?
No. An engagement starts where the need is. You can start with AI Roadmap, or with AI Care for a system that already exists.
What do we get before any project starts?
A free conversation and, if it makes sense, a written offer: what we deliver, what is not included, who does what and the price. No work starts before the offer is accepted.
Do the AI Courses for Companies start from our own work?
Yes. A custom course is built around the team's tools and work. Exercises start from the team's real tasks, using examples that are anonymised or reduced to what is strictly needed.
What is the External AI Department?
AI Focus specialists work with the company's team every month: one contact person, a direct line. The service brings together assessment, implementation and maintenance, within the agreed capacity.
