Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Using it is not obligatory: any unambiguous statement sent before the 14-day withdrawal period expires has the same effect, whether you send it to office@aifocus.ro or through the contact form. A withdrawal applies to the whole order. The rules are in the Terms of service, sections 5.1 to 5.3.
