This statement describes the accessibility approach for aifocus.ro, operated by MARLINK TRADING SRL under the AI Focus brand.

1. Our approach

We aim to make the public website, account interfaces, enrolment flows and digital materials usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices and assistive technologies.

Our implementation targets semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, sufficient contrast, text alternatives, understandable labels, predictable focus management, and reduced-motion preferences.

2. Current status

No formal WCAG or EN 301 549 conformance claim is made in this draft. The final statement must be based on a representative manual and automated accessibility review of the production service, including desktop, mobile, keyboard and screen-reader paths.
