Accessibility statement

This statement describes the accessibility approach for aifocus.ro, operated by MARLINK TRADING SRL under the AI Focus brand.

1. Our approach

We aim to make the public website, account interfaces, enrolment flows and digital materials usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices and assistive technologies.

Our implementation targets semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, sufficient contrast, text alternatives, understandable labels, predictable focus management, and reduced-motion preferences.

2. Known limitations

Our review on 23 September 2026 found a number of issues, which we have fixed in the code. These known limitations remain:

• Screen readers. The site has not yet been tested with a screen reader (for example NVDA or VoiceOver). There may be issues that the automated and manual keyboard checks do not catch.
• Dark theme. Colour contrast was checked in the light theme only.
• Account, enrolment and payment. The signed-in pages, the enrolment flow and the seat-hold page were not included in this review.
• Seat hold time. At checkout, your seat is held for a limited time that cannot be extended. The deadline and what happens after it are shown in text. If any step of booking or payment is hard for you, email us and we will make the booking for you.
• Small targets. Some controls (the progress dots in the contact form, the footer links) are smaller than 24 × 24 pixels.
• Third-party services. The payment page hosted by Stripe and Sign in with Google are outside our control and were not reviewed.

3. Current status

We do not currently claim formal conformance with WCAG or EN 301 549. Any such claim will follow a representative manual and automated accessibility review of the production service, including desktop, mobile, keyboard and screen-reader paths.

Third-party tools may introduce limitations outside our direct control; we will document them rather than hide them. These include the payment page hosted by Stripe and, if you use it, Sign in with Google.

4. Description of the service

What the service is. aifocus.ro is the website where AI Focus presents courses on working with artificial intelligence, and where you can book and pay for places on them. It includes public course pages, free preparation chapters, a contact form, certificate verification and a personal account for your orders, seats and certificates.

How it works. You choose a course and a date. You reserve a seat, which is held for a limited time shown on the page. You pay on the secure page of the payment processor, Stripe. The confirmation and invoice are emailed to you and appear in your account. You can sign in with your email address and a password, with a link sent by email or, if you choose, with your Google account.

How it meets the accessibility requirements. The site is built to be usable with a keyboard, with visible focus, sufficient contrast, text alternatives for images, labelled fields, and respect for a reduced-motion preference. Pages have titles and a correct heading structure, the page language is declared, and content adapts to narrow screens and to zoom without horizontal scrolling. Where the service does not yet meet these requirements, the limitations are listed above under "Known limitations". You can ask for information about the service in another format at the contact address below.

5. Feedback

If you cannot access information or complete an action, email office@aifocus.ro with the page, the barrier encountered, and the format or alternative you need. We will provide a practical alternative where reasonably possible and use the report to improve the service.

We do not currently commit to a specific response time.

6. Review

This statement will be updated after material interface changes and after each formal accessibility review.

Our most recent review took place on 23 September 2026. It was a preliminary internal review, not an independent audit. We used the automated tool axe-core (WCAG 2.1 level A and AA criteria) on the main public pages, in Romanian and English, on desktop (1440 px) and phone (375 px) widths. We checked keyboard navigation, focus, dialogs, reflow at 320 px and 200 % zoom, text spacing, contrast and reduced motion by hand. We did not use a screen reader.
